President Trump isn’t letting the Democrats off the hook — not even a little. On Sunday, Trump fired off a blazing post on Truth Social calling for the jailing of whoever was responsible for operating Joe Biden’s autopen, the mechanical signature device that apparently “pardoned” criminals while Biden was vacationing on a golf course. Welcome to 2025, where the “president” can’t even be bothered to sign his own legal documents — and somehow, that’s supposed to be normal.
Trump ripped into the scandal, connecting it to the shady operations of ActBlue, the Democrat fundraising machine notorious for questionable contributions, including possible illegal foreign money. Trump called it out plain as day: “The Democrats only know how to win by CHEATING.” And honestly, when you look at what’s happening, it’s hard to argue. They can’t sell their policies to the American people, so they rig, automate, and con their way through everything — even presidential pardons.

They gathered every document with Biden’s signature and found one stunning pattern: every signature was an autopen fake — except the one where Biden announced he was dropping out of the 2024 election. So the big question now is: Who was really running the show? All signs point to Neera Tanden, former White House Staff Secretary and longtime Clinton loyalist. Tanden’s name popped up constantly in the infamous Podesta emails, and she’s been a rabid Russiagate conspiracist for years. Now she’s right in the crosshairs over whether she — not Biden — was the one approving pardons behind the scenes.
Insiders even told The New York Post that this key Biden aide wielded so much unchecked power that people feared her more than they feared the president himself. That’s not a staffer — that’s a shadow president.
It’s crystal clear: if Biden wasn’t actually reviewing and signing these critical documents, then every autopen pardon should be considered null and void. Period. No real president, no real pardon. And whoever operated that machine — whether it’s Neera Tanden or another faceless bureaucrat — ought to be held accountable under the law.
