Trump Goes ‘Full Force’ Against Leftist Mobs Attacking ICE Facilities

President Trump is sending a clear message to far-left mobs in Portland: enough is enough. On Saturday morning, the president announced that he had authorized “any force necessary” to protect federal facilities and agents under siege in the city. Portland, long a hotspot for Antifa and other left-wing groups, has once again become ground zero for organized violence targeting federal property.

The announcement follows growing outrage among Trump supporters, who have watched with frustration as Antifa-linked agitators continued their assaults even after the president signed an executive order dismantling left-wing terrorist networks just one day earlier. On-the-ground reporter Kate Daviscourt has captured footage of the coordinated attacks, showing what appear to be organized cells targeting federal buildings in Portland.

In his Truth Social post, Trump was blunt. “At the request of Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect War ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists. I am also authorizing Full Force, if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

Antifa is notorious for its black-bloc tactics, where members dress alike, conceal their identities, and engage in violent, destructive demonstrations. While supporters claim it isn’t a formal organization, the reality is that Antifa operates like a network, with chapters across the country coordinating and carrying out attacks in similar fashion. Portland has long been one of their strongest bases.

The group’s track record is clear. During the 2020 riots, Antifa-linked agitators torched federal buildings, attacked law enforcement, and even murdered a Trump supporter in the city. In Seattle, Antifa played a leading role in the so-called “CHAZ” autonomous zone, where armed radicals declared a police-free area that quickly descended into chaos, leaving two dead and several wounded.

The violence is not new. Journalist Andy Ngo, who has documented Antifa for years, was brutally beaten by members of the group in Portland back in 2019, suffering a brain bleed. Despite repeated promises from local leaders, the city remains a safe haven for Antifa activity.

Trump’s deployment of troops, under the direction of War Secretary Pete Hegseth, follows similar action in California, where federal agents and deportation operations were under siege. Now, Portland will see a federal response aimed at restoring order and defending those tasked with upholding the law.

The bottom line: Antifa wanted a fight. President Trump is making sure they’ll finally face consequences.
