Stephen Miller Shuts Down Fox Host with Brutal Fact-Check—“It’s All Wrong!”

White House policy advisor Stephen Miller brought the heat Monday morning during a no-holds-barred exchange with Fox News host Bill Hemmer, dismantling what he called a “flood of misinformation” surrounding the deportation of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien from El Salvador and alleged MS-13 gang member.

In the tense segment, Miller didn’t waste time setting the record straight. “I hate to do it, Bill, but I got to correct you on every single thing that you said, because it was all wrong,” he snapped, before launching into a point-by-point breakdown of the case.

Miller explained that Abrego Garcia’s deportation was legal, justified, and backed by the full weight of the law. He cited the Supreme Court’s recent 9-0 ruling that explicitly affirms no court can force the President to exercise Article II powers in any particular way—including reversing a deportation.

“DOJ called me after that Supreme Court ruling, and they said, ‘This is amazing.’ We won this case 9-0. We are in excellent standing here,” Miller declared.

Hemmer pressed him, asking whether the administration still stood by claims that Abrego Garcia was tied to MS-13. Miller didn’t flinch: “Yes, not only am I convinced of it, not only is El Salvador convinced of it, Bill, he’s an illegal alien with a deportation order.”

Abrego Garcia was deported on March 15 and is now detained at El Salvador’s high-security CECOT prison, typically reserved for terrorists and gang members. In 2019, an immigration judge granted him “withholding of removal” status due to alleged safety concerns, but that ruling has since been overridden by national security considerations.

When Hemmer tried to shift the conversation, Miller wouldn’t let him off the hook. “Bill, you tell me, what country should we deport him to? Tell me, please. Tell me!”

According to Miller, claims that the deportation was a “mistake” originated from a rogue DOJ attorney he called a “saboteur”—one who has since been relieved of their duties.

The case has ignited debate over how the Trump administration is handling criminal aliens and how activist judges and legacy media continue to misrepresent the facts.

Bottom line? As Miller made crystal clear, Abrego Garcia isn’t a “Maryland man”—he’s a foreign national with a gang affiliation and no legal right to be here. And the administration is in no mood to apologize for keeping Americans safe.
