In a stunning last-minute move that reeks of corruption and nepotism, Joe Biden used his final day in office to grant sweeping pardons to multiple family members and political allies. The Biden clan is walking away scot-free, and Americans are left asking the obvious question: What are they hiding?
Biden’s list of beneficiaries includes his brother James B. Biden, his sister Valerie Biden Owens, his sister-in-law Sara Jones Biden, his brother-in-law John T. Owens, and another brother, Francis W. Biden. Each received preemptive pardons covering any nonviolent offenses they may have committed from January 1, 2014, through the present. That’s right—just a blanket “get out of jail free” card for anything they might have done. Nothing to see here, folks!
Of course, the cherry on top was the full and unconditional pardon for his embattled son, Hunter Biden, covering all federal offenses between 2014 and 2024. This pardon wipes the slate clean of Hunter’s tax evasion and illegal firearm possession convictions, not to mention any other shady dealings that may have been lurking beneath the surface. Keep in mind, Joe Biden repeatedly told the American people he would not pardon his son, but, as usual, his word meant absolutely nothing when it came down to protecting his own.
Special Counsel David Weiss, who led the investigation into Hunter’s numerous scandals, had previously insisted that the charges were based on solid evidence and standard legal principles. But with the stroke of a pen, Biden has effectively torched years of investigations, making it crystal clear that there are two sets of rules in America—one for the Bidens and their friends, and another for the rest of us.
And it wasn’t just the Biden family cashing in on the clemency spree. Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley, and every single member of the J6 Select Committee also found themselves on the receiving end of presidential pardons. Apparently, being loyal foot soldiers in the Democratic machine comes with serious perks. Fauci, Milley, and the J6 crowd spent years spinning narratives, undermining political opponents, and propping up Biden’s disastrous policies. Now, they get to walk away without a care in the world.
Let’s not forget, the Supreme Court has ruled that accepting a pardon is essentially an admission of guilt. So while the pardons may spare them from legal consequences, they won’t erase the stain of corruption that will forever define the Biden administration.
Trump may be walking into a White House filled with shredded documents and deleted emails, but the American people won’t forget what happened here.
